What this covers

Vettika lets hiring teams run first-round interviews with an AI interviewer. The company that sent you an interview link decides why your data is used, and we process it for them. For people who sign up for Vettika, we decide how account data is used.

If you're a candidate

We collect your name, email address and what you say or type in the interview. Your voice is processed live to turn it into text. We keep the transcript, not a recording. An AI scores the transcript against the hiring team's rubric, and the team sees the transcript, the score and the quotes behind it. People at the company make every decision. The AI does not.

If you're a customer

We collect your name, email address, workspace details and billing records. Polar handles payments as merchant of record, so card details never reach us.

Who else handles data

Vercel hosts the app. Neon stores the database. LiveKit carries the call and its speech services turn speech into text and text into speech. Google's Gemini drafts questions and scores transcripts. Resend sends email. Polar processes payments.

How long we keep it

Interview data stays until the hiring team or customer asks us to delete it. To have your data removed, contact the company that interviewed you, or email us and we'll pass the request on.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to how it's used. If you'd like a person to review an outcome, ask the company that interviewed you.
