Using the service
Vettika helps your team run first-round interviews. You're responsible for your workspace, for what you ask candidates, and for following the hiring and privacy laws that apply to you, including telling candidates what they need to know.
Decisions stay with you
Vettika gives you a report to inform your judgement. It doesn't make hiring decisions, and you shouldn't treat a score as one. A person on your team decides who moves forward.
Minutes and payment
Interview minutes are prepaid per workspace and a new purchase adds to your balance. If you ask for a refund, it covers your unspent balance. Minutes already used aren't refunded.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, to discriminate, to interview people without their knowledge, or to attack or overload it.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it's provided as it is and we can't promise it will be uninterrupted. If an interview fails and can't be scored, those minutes aren't charged.
