Accessibility
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA across Vettika, and you can type instead of speak at any point in an interview, but no formal audit has been done.
What we aim for
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, the W3C's web accessibility guidelines. That's a goal, not a claim that every page meets it today.
What's in place
These are in place today:
- Keyboard use.
- A typed alternative to voice at any point in an interview.
- Reduced-motion support, which follows your device setting.
- Light and dark themes.
- Forced-colors support.
What hasn't been checked
No formal accessibility audit has been done. Some pages or features may fall short, and we want to hear about them.
If you're a candidate
If speaking doesn't work for you, you can type your answers at any point. The questions are the same.
If you need a different adjustment, ask the company that invited you. It runs the hiring process and decides what it can offer.
Report a problem
Email support@vettika.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you used. We'll use your report to fix the problem.
