Privacy policyThe company that interviews you decides how your interview data is used and we process it for them, while we decide how account data is used for people who sign up for Vettika.Candidate noticeAn AI interviewer asks you set questions, an AI scores the transcript against the hiring team's rubric, and people at the company make every decision.Cookie policyWe use only sign-in cookies, a short-lived message cookie and a saved colour theme, so we have no advertising cookies and no consent banner.SubprocessorsVettika uses six vendors to run interviews: Vercel, Neon, LiveKit, Google Gemini, Resend and Polar.

AI transparencyIn Vettika, the interview is scripted, AI drafts questions and scores transcripts, and people make every decision; no independent bias audit has been done yet.AccessibilityWe aim for WCAG 2.2 AA across Vettika, and you can type instead of speak at any point in an interview, but no formal audit has been done.
