Follow one answer through the system
You're trusting us with what people say in job interviews. Here's where those words go, what stays and what doesn't.
What's in place
- Workspaces are walled off
- Every tenant table has row-level security in the database, so one workspace's request can't read another's rows. Automated tests prove it.
- No recordings
- We keep the transcript of an interview, not the audio.
- Audit log
- Workspace actions are recorded, and the log can be added to but not edited.
- Abuse limits
- Starting interviews, return links and the contact form are rate limited.
- Secret links stay private
- Candidate pages carry no analytics, and search engines are told to keep out of them.
- Instructions in answers are ignored
- The scoring treats everything a candidate says as data, even if it asks for a certain score.
What we haven't done yet
- SOC 2, ISO 27001 or any other certification
- An independent penetration test
- An independent bias audit
- Single sign-on
- A choice of data region
We're early, so we'd rather say so. If you need any of these to buy, tell us.
