From job description to shortlist

Six steps. You stay in charge of the questions at the start and the decision at the end. Everything in between runs itself.

  1. 1

    Paste the job description

AI drafts questions and a rubric from it. If drafting isn't available you get a plain template to edit. Either way, nothing goes out until you've read it.

  2. 2

    Take it yourself

A practice run is the real interview with your own voice. You get a real report on your own answers.

  3. 3

    Share the link

One link per interview. Post it, email it or put it in your job ad. Candidates give a name and email, agree, and start.

  4. 4

    Candidates talk

Questions are spoken aloud in the browser. They can switch to typing at any point. If they drop off, an emailed link returns them to the same question for 48 hours.

  5. 5

    AI scores the transcript

Each answer is scored against your rubric, from what was said only. Quotes are checked against the transcript.

  6. 6

    Your team decides

Compare candidates on the same rubric, read the transcript where you want more, and move people forward or pass.

Try the first step. Pick a role.

These are stored samples. In the product, drafts come from your job description.
