First-round AI interviews for recruiting agencies

Vettika lets a recruiting agency run the same scripted first-round interview for every candidate on a brief, so your team reads ranked reports instead of booking every call.

The problem with first-round calls

Your income depends on finding the right people fast, but your day fills up with screening calls. Many of those calls end in a no. The ones that don't can leave you with notes that only make sense to you.

When a client asks why you put someone forward, you want more to point to than a feeling.

How it works for an agency

Paste the client's job description, and AI drafts questions and a rubric. Edit the questions until they match the brief, then take a practice run yourself. Practice runs use no minutes.

Send candidates one shared link. They open it in a browser, on any device, with no account or app, at a time that suits them. Every candidate hears the same questions.

What you get back

Each finished interview gives you a transcript and a report. The report has an overall score out of 100, a score from 1 to 5 for each rubric criterion, and quotes from the candidate as evidence. Each quote is checked against what the candidate said.

Candidates are ranked on the same rubric, so you can see who to read first. You and your team decide who moves forward. The AI never decides.

Why prepaid minutes suit agency work

Agency work comes in waves. You buy minutes for a workspace and use them when a brief is live, with no subscription. Only used minutes are charged. If an interview fails, or a fault on our side stops it being scored, it costs nothing.

What to know first

Vettika is a first screen, not a replacement for your judgement or your relationship with candidates. Keep these limits in mind:

  • The AI asks no follow-up questions, so you'll still want a human conversation before you submit someone.
  • There are no ATS integrations today.
  • Interviews run in English only.
  • Your client may have its own rules about AI in hiring, so agree its use with them first.
  • You can start with a free workspace and 10 minutes.
