Got a link? Here's what to expect.
No account and no app. You'll talk through a few questions at a time that suits you.
- It's an AI, and it will say so
- It reads out the hiring team's questions. It isn't trying to catch you out, and it doesn't make the decision.
- Speak or type
- You'll need a browser and a quiet spot. If speaking doesn't work for you, switch to typing at any point.
- You can pause
- If you drop off, the link in your email brings you back to the same question for 48 hours.
- What happens to your answers
- Your words are turned into a transcript. We keep the transcript, not a recording. An AI scores it against the role's rubric, and people at the company read it and decide.
- Accent and grammar don't count
- The scoring is told to go on what you said, not how you said it. Speech-to-text can mishear, so a person can always check the transcript.
- Your rights
- Ask the company that interviewed you to see or delete your data, or to have a person review the outcome.
