Cookie policy

We use only sign-in cookies, a short-lived message cookie and a saved colour theme, so we have no advertising cookies and no consent banner.

What we use

This is everything we store in your browser today:

  • Sign-in session cookies keep you signed in to your workspace. You get them when you sign in.
  • A flash cookie carries a short on-screen message, such as a confirmation, to the next page. It lasts 30 seconds.
  • A saved colour theme stays in your browser's localStorage. It's saved only when you choose light or dark, and it's never sent to us.

What we don't use

We don't use advertising cookies. We don't use cookies that follow you across other sites.

Analytics

Our public marketing pages use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure page speed. They never run on candidate pages.

Vercel says Web Analytics works without third-party cookies. It identifies visits with a hash made from the incoming request, and discards the session after 24 hours. Vercel says Speed Insights data isn't tied to any individual visitor or IP address. Vercel's pages list exactly what is collected.

Candidates

Candidates don't sign in, so a candidate taking an interview doesn't need a sign-in cookie. The private link does that job.

The EU's ePrivacy Directive says a site needs consent before storing information on your device. It makes an exception for storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you explicitly asked for.

Our sign-in and message cookies exist only to do what you asked: stay signed in, and see the result of what you just did. The theme is saved only because you chose one. We have no advertising or tracking cookies to ask you about.

If we ever add something that needs your consent, we'll ask first.

Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and localStorage in your browser settings. If you block sign-in cookies, you won't be able to sign in. If you clear your theme, the site follows your device setting.
