Vettika vs Metaview

Metaview takes notes and fills in scorecards for interviews your team runs, while Vettika runs the first-round interview itself, so Metaview saves note-taking time and Vettika saves the call.

What Metaview is

Metaview describes itself as an agentic recruiting platform. Its best-known part is a note-taker: it joins the interviews your team runs, on video, by phone or in person, and turns them into notes and scorecards in your applicant tracking system. It also says its AI agent can find candidates, send outreach and book screening calls.

Where the two differ

Metaview assumes a person runs the interview and saves that person the writing. Vettika runs the first-round interview itself, so nobody on your team is on the call, and you read a scored report afterwards.

If your bottleneck is the time spent on calls, that's the difference that matters. If it's the notes after calls you want to keep running yourself, it's the other way round.

When Metaview is the better choice

Based on what Metaview says about itself, it's likely the better fit if:

  • You want people on your team to keep running every interview.
  • You want notes and scorecards filled in your applicant tracking system automatically.
  • You want AI help with sourcing and outreach.

When Vettika fits

Vettika fits when there are more first-round calls than your team can take. It asks every candidate the same questions and hands you a report, so the calls you do take are with the people worth talking to. Some teams may use both, one for the first round and one for the interviews after it.
