What Paradox says

What Paradox is

Paradox offers a conversational assistant that talks to candidates by chat and text, including SMS, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. It says the assistant checks key qualifications, answers candidates' questions in many languages and books interviews against your team's calendars. It describes its clients as hiring for frontline hourly roles as well as professional ones.

Where the two differ

Paradox moves large numbers of applicants through quick checks and scheduling, by message. Vettika is the structured conversation after that: a spoken first-round interview with the same questions for everyone and a scored report with quotes.

When Paradox is the better choice

Based on what Paradox says about itself, it's likely the better fit if:

  • You hire frontline or hourly staff at high volume and candidates mostly use their phones.
  • Quick qualification checks and automatic scheduling by text matter more than an interview.
  • You need candidates served in many languages.
  • You run Workday or SuccessFactors and want an existing connection.

When Vettika fits

Vettika fits when you need to hear how someone describes their work, not just whether they tick the basics. Your team reads the same rubric for everyone and decides.
