What Spark Hire is

Spark Hire says it is hiring software for small and medium organizations. It has its own applicant tracking system, and offers one-way video interviews, which it says are transcribed, summarized by AI and auto-scored, as well as live video interviews that candidates book from your calendar.

Where the two differ

Spark Hire is a wider tool: tracking applicants, video in two forms, and AI help on top. Vettika is narrower. It runs the first-round conversation by voice, scores the transcript against your rubric and shows the quotes behind each score.

Spark Hire is built around video and keeps recordings. Vettika has no camera and keeps no recording.

When Spark Hire is the better choice

Based on what Spark Hire says about itself, it's likely the better fit if:

  • You want an applicant tracking system and interviews in one product.
  • You want both one-way and live video.
  • Your team wants to rewatch recordings.
  • You need transcripts in languages other than English.

When Vettika fits

Vettika suits teams that already track applicants somewhere and want a structured first round that doesn't ask candidates to be on camera. Every score in the report comes with the words that earned it.
